    Add a roof area, type or dictate what you see, and take up to five photos. Mark the defect with a circle or an arrow.

    One tap rewrites your notes as plain professional English. It keeps your meaning and numbers and adds nothing.

    Cat 1, 2 or 3 with the standard UK wording, and an indicative cost range. The report totals them.

    A branded PDF in your layout and colours, with your logo on the cover, in about ten seconds.

How much does the roof survey software cost?
Starter is £99 a month for 20 reports and one user. Team is £249 a month for 100 reports and five users, and adds your own report wording and categories, a deposit link and four more layouts. Extra reports are £5 each on the next invoice, and you can cancel any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days and 5 reports, with no card needed. Add a card in Billing before the trial ends to keep the account; without one it becomes read-only and nothing is charged. If you would rather not set it up yourself, send us one real job and our customer success team will set up your account and build your first report, free. Free set-up
Does it work on my phone on the roof?
Yes. It runs in the browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen like an app; there is nothing to install. A poor signal delays a save, it never loses one: notes and photos save as soon as the signal returns.
How do Cat 1, 2 and 3 and the costs work?
Each roof area gets a category: Cat 1 needs no immediate action, Cat 2 needs attention in future, Cat 3 needs urgent repair. The report explains the categories before the first area. Each area can also carry an indicative cost range, and the recommended works table totals them. Turn costs off in Settings if you quote separately. Cat 1, 2 and 3 explained
Can I upload my own price list?
Yes, on every plan. Under Settings, Work items, upload your specification clauses from a Word document, or your price list from Excel or a CSV; prices are optional. On the roof, pick the work items for each area and fill in any blanks. The PDF lists them on the area page and prints them in full in a schedule of works, with quantities, prices and totals only for the items you priced.
What is in the PDF, and will it carry my branding?
A cover and cover letter, the categories explained, one page per roof area with up to five captioned photos, a summary, a costed works table, a schedule of works when you pick work items, and an acceptance page, with your logo, colours, cover style and fonts throughout. The cover title, letter, footer and payment details are yours to edit. See the sample page by page
How does the customer receive and sign the report?
You send a private link from the app. The customer reads, downloads and signs on their phone without creating an account, or signs on your phone before you leave. The signature records their name, drawn signature, time and IP address, suitable for report acknowledgement and quote acceptance, and the signed copy is saved to your account.
